Another new addition to this exciting series of low intervention wines:

75% Malbec from our Osoyoos Vineyard and 25% whole cluster Cabernet Franc from our Sage Brush Vineyard.

This new release was fermented wild while spending five days on skins before being ageing in neutral oak and concrete.

The result is a light and fruity red, with fresh field berries, pomegranate and spice all framed by fresh acidity.

Blend: 39% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 15% Syrah, 11% Carmenere, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cactus Red is our beautiful table wine thatdoes not disappoint. Beautiful rich ripe berry flavors, and savory spices in a supple and juicy mid palate. A fun and cheerful wine for everyone to enjoy.

50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.5% Petit Verdot, 2.5% Malbec.

Some of the finest grapes on the Black Sage Bench. A robust wine, with an intense, dark berry flavour. Jammy, spicy mid palate with a long vanilla and black chocolate finish.

Our first grape varietal ever planted, this old wine Syrah is one of the oldest in the South Okanagan. Tons of complexity on this wine with a amazing capability to age. This Syrah competes with some of the best French Syrah out there, featuring notes of aromatic white pepper, smoked meats, ripe black and red fruit and vanilla.

TASTING NOTES

Co-fermented with viognier to help lift the nose and add structure. Medium to full bodied, boasting beautiful floral notes, spicy herbs, and smoky white pepper. Plenty of finesse and very expressive. Tart blackberry fruit and soft oak spices build towards a lingering mineral driven finish.

Our 2020 Syrah has a spicy, complex, yet also a very meaty profile to go with lots of mulled red and black fruits, bacon fat, fruitcake, and dried flower aromas and flavors. This medium to full-bodied Syrah has the forward, plush style of the a cooler vintage yet backs it up with plenty of underlying density and tannins.

Fruit forward and charming, with plenty of black cherry, black forest cake as well as classic noted of spice box and white pepper.  Full bodied, nicely textured, with chewy tannins and a long, rich finish.  A rare gem from the South Okanagan.
