Some of the finest grapes on the Black Sage Bench. A robust wine, with an intense, dark berry flavour. Jammy, spicy mid palate with a long vanilla and black chocolate finish. Serve with prime rib, tenderloin or filet, Lamb and strong cheese. Excellent aging potential.

Cassis, berry and black pepper notes are complemented by toasty oak and dark chocolate ,  smooth tannins and a long luscious mouth feel.  Pairs well with red meats, spicy dishes and strong cheese.
