Flora & Fauna White Blend

One of the newest additions to our Flora & Fauna line up, a wild fermented whole cluster (semi carbonic) Gewurztraminer sourced from our Sage Brush Vineyard located on the Black Sage Bench.

As always with our Flora & Fauna line, this wine was fermented wild on skins for on average of two days -- with no unnecessary additives.

Expect a dry and hazy orange wine with notes of orange marmalade, grapefruit pith and smoked rose petals.
