A new addition to the winery this year, our 2020 Pinot Gris is our first ever 100% Barrel Fermented Pinot Gris.
A rich and luscious texture fills the mouth with complex notes of candied apple, ripe melon, lemon oil, and marzipan. A long finish is accentuated with mineral notes of clay and chalk with baking spice and Werthers caramel rounding out the palate.

A delicate, beautiful wine with flavours of bruised apple, orchard fruit, honeyed cantaloupe and spice that linger on the finish complimented by balanced acidity and a touch of natural sweetness.
Located on Black Sage road our Three Boys vineyards is planted to clone 52 while our Aitken vineyard located 18km further north on Tucelnuit drive is planted to clone 53. Both are grown on a Vertical Shoot Positioning trellis system and are farmed sustainably.
Whole cluster pressed to yield the highest quality and purist of juice both of these wines were settled overnight at cool temperatures prior to being racked and fermented. Fermented separately in stainless steel tanks using a combination of indigenous and cultured yeast strains the wines rested of light lees with judicious stirring for 3 months prior to bottling.
