Almost ripe raspberries and crisp cranberies, intermigle with green pepper, opening up to smooth dark chocolate and black cherries, all held up by a subtle oak tannin structure.

Cabernet Franc from our Sagebrush Vineyard was hand harvested, destemmed and then fermented in stainless steel, with twice daily pumpovers. Pressed off to age in a mixture of new and older French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
