Red Wines

Our 2020 Syrah has a spicy, complex, yet also a very meaty profile to go with lots of mulled red and black fruits, bacon fat, fruitcake, and dried flower aromas and flavors. This medium to full-bodied Syrah has the forward, plush style of the a cooler vintage yet backs it up with plenty of underlying density and tannins.

2019 Mirage shows beautiful notes of brambleberry, blackberry, red licorice, raspberry, and black plum skin explode on the palate framed by warming baking, rich vanilla, and cocoa powder. Well integrated tannins and a wonderfully long finish.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon

48%  Merlot

2% Petit Verdot

Fruit forward and charming, with plenty of black cherry, black forest cake as well as classic noted of spice box and white pepper.  Full bodied, nicely textured, with chewy tannins and a long, rich finish.  A rare gem from the South Okanagan.

The idea behind this wine was to highlight all the big reds we grow on our Estate Vineyard on Black Sage Road, also referred to as The Three Boys Vineyard, which features some of the oldest vines in the South Okanagan.

Unlike most blends, which are usually picked and fermented separately before being blended. The wine making team decided to pick these grapes at the same time and Co-Ferment them in the same stainless-steel tank using only ambient/wild yeasts. The results were magical.

46% Merlot
21% Malbec
17% Cabernet Sauvignon
16% Syrah

Co- Fermented with Ambient Yeast
Aged in Neutral Oak for 16 Months
Bottled Unfined and Unfiltered

Shows incredible blueberry, black cherry and raspberry fruit, sweet tobacco leaves, savoury sage and thyme and lingering spice. Very soft, but firm tannins and a mouth coating finish. Drink now until 2030. Less than 90 cases produced. You don’t want to miss this one!
